Chris’ House Fixup

I created this for friends and family to stay up-to-date with what I’m doing in the house. Family especially is always asking about my house and I always promise to send them pictures but never do.

• My upstairs needs painting (mostly done), a new kitchen (long term), and trim work. I had the upstairs hardwood floors refinished and they look fantastic.
• My downstairs needs to be completely finished. This was partially completed a year ago. Dad and I did the electric. I did the demo and framed the walls. Dan my master heating/plumbing guy reworked plumbing with new heater and re-routed heating ducts. I consider the downstairs (basement) half way completed – lots to do here.
• Landscaping also needs to be completed. The front and back yards are dirt piles. The fence needs to be completed to provide privacy in the backyard. Oh – sprinklers too.

First I will post what is going on now. Soon I’ll post the things that happened a year ago such as inside painting, plaster wall repair, downstairs work-to-date, and hardwood floors refinishing.
